Video Editor

The Titans Creative department curates club, fan, and cultural stories to build meaningful connections. This role will be tasked with stewarding video concepts from ideation to execution to share across multiple distribution platforms. An ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of video production, while being creatively curious and collaborative with all stakeholders. As an integral part of the Titans Creative team, success in this role looks like reaching new audiences in Nashville and beyond to grow the Tennessee Titans brand, including the promotion of the New Nissan Stadium opening in 2027.

· Edit video content with an emphasis on Titans-branded storytelling, including high-end commercial, promotional, and special event content as well as dynamic video content that pushes creative boundaries and seeks to be innovative.

· Contribute to the goal of growing the Titans Youtube, digital, and social channels by editing with algorithms and other trends in mind

· Adapt creative for a variety of deliverables including social media cutdowns and dimensions, videoboard display cropping, and other non-conventional aspect ratios

· Collaborate with producers and shooters to execute the vision of the creative lead

· Work closely with project management to ensure all projects are delivered on time and according to the deliverables of the brief

· Contribute to the proper management of filing, archiving, storing, and indexing of footage.

· Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for new concepts

· Other duties as assigned by Titans' Senior Producer

Requirements:

Education

· High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Filmmaking, or related field preferred

Experience

· 3-5 years’ experience in video creation and production required. Sports experience a plus

· Highly skilled in post-production and technical knowledge required for large projects

· Technical proficiency in cinema-grade production process and workflows including experience with lighting, cinema cameras, color grading, and post-production

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects

· Understands the current advertising landscape and how to create branded video content tailored to a specific audience

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

· Ability to balance creativity and production workload, adaptable to changing business demands

· Motivated, self-starter who works well in a collaborative, team environment

· Available to work non-traditional work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
