Job Description - What you will do
The Tennessee Titans are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill Street Team positions as part of the Entertainment & Fan Engagement Department.
Titans Street Team members will play a major role in the Titans activation strategy with the local community, as well as assist with the gameday operations of the Titans Entertainment & Fan Engagement department. Members of the Street Team will work to develop brand affinity, while creating fun and engaging experiences for fans throughout the market.
This is a year-long, part-time role that will not exceed more than 20 hours a week and may have weeks with no work required. This position is heavily event-based, and the majority of events will take place on weekday evenings, Fridays, and weekends.
- Execute activations at external events to provide fan engagement opportunities for the local community.
- Assist with Titans programs & events via promotion and day of event support. Programs & events include the Rac-Pack, Junior Titans Cheerleaders, Titan Up Fridays, watch parties, and more.
- Represent the Titans brand at home games to provide the highest quality fan experience. This includes set up, management and breakdown of tailgate spaces, promotion of Titans initiatives, and more.
- Perform other duties and objectives as assigned.
Requirements - What you will bring

- Must currently be enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate degree or 2-year graduate degree seeking institution studying sport management, marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Must reside in the Middle Tennessee area.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable form of transportation. Must be willing to transport materials such as a tent, table, signage, and giveaways in their car.
- Must be available to work on weeknights and weekends. Attendance is required for select Titans home games between August and January.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and are comfortable standing up for long periods of time.
- Must have an upbeat, outgoing personality and a passion for sports and community.
- Experience in sports management, marketing, activations, or events is a plus.
