We are currently hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist at our Executive Office in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage outgoing payments, process invoices, travel claims, and ensure accuracy with financial records and reconcile vendor statements. The Accounts Payable Specialist will assist in Month End Closing and Vendor Management as well.
This position reports to the Assistant Director of Finance and will also work closely with facility Administrators and executive management.
Qualifications
Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of Accounting ERP
Strong Attention to detail
Sharp analytical and problem- solving abilities
Experience with Statement Reconciliation
Great organizational and communication skills
Education Requirement
Minimum – High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or business-related field preferred
