Our office specializes in chiropractic care and physical rehabilitation, and we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for both our patients and our team. We are currently seeking a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant/Front Desk Assistant to become an important part of our team.
Schedule
- Part-time: approximately 26–30 hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (off Wednesdays)
- Hours are generally 9:15am–7:30pm (The position will include a combination of morning and afternoon/evening hours. Candidates should be available to work some evening hours, as the schedule will include shifts within these hours based on our team’s needs.)
What You’ll Do
- Assist our chiropractors with patient care during therapy and rehabilitation sessions
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic procedures
- Build positive relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable and encouraged throughout their care
- Monitor patient progress and communicate observations or concerns to the doctor
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional patient interaction
- Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment area
- Help keep therapy sessions running smoothly and efficiently
- Work closely with the entire team to provide a consistent, high-quality patient experience

A background in exercise science, kinesiology, physical rehabilitation, healthcare, or a related field is a plus. However, personality, work ethic, attitude, and a genuine desire to help people are just as important to us.
