Job Duties
Associate's degree or higher.
Minimum 1 Year Customer Service Experience.
Proficiency using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of admissions, records and financial aid in college/university setting.
Ellucian Banner 9 knowledge.
Experience working in an educational setting.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Must possess excellent communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work autonomously, making confident decisions as well as serving as a team
player.
Ability to adapt to change as college and departmental policies and procedures change.
Ability to accurately communicate information verbally and in writing in a courteous and

Job Duties
- Access and correctly interpret information in Banner related to admissions/records/financial aid.
- Analyze and problem solve student situations to provide accurate responses.
- Anticipate student needs, always providing the most thorough information.
- Review documents to determine validity and scan, verifying documents are readable and all pages have been included.
- Deal with conflict situations and assist in providing solutions.
- Communicate with students through email, phone and in person conversations.
- Other duties as assigned.
