I. Summary
This role supports the delivery and ongoing enhancement of TBA’s online continuing legal
education (CLE) portfolio. Working closely with the Director of Education and Professional
Development, this position focuses on executing high-quality digital learning programs,
supporting the promotion and visibility of online offerings, and contributing to member
engagement and program growth.
II. Essential Job Duties
Program Coordination and Delivery
• Coordinate and support the development and delivery of online CLE and professional
development programs
• Maintain a consistent calendar of online offerings, including flagship programs, trending
topics and evergreen content
• Ensure programs meet accreditation and compliance standards
• Support the implementation of online learning initiatives aligned with TBA’s strategic
plan
• Assist in enhancing member engagement and participation in online offerings
• Identify and recommend new program formats and topics
Learning & Marketing Support
• Organize and support online learning content, including learning paths and program
materials
• Track LMS program data and use metrics to inform program improvements
• Draft and contribute to messaging and content that communicates the value of TBA’s
brand
• Execute promotional efforts across email, newsletters, social media and digital channels
to support program visibility and engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective marketing and promotion
Production & Operations Support
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely launch of online content (video, webinars
and on-demand products)
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of AV equipment, tools and platforms, with
training provided
• Serve as backup support for AV and webcasting operations, in support of primary AV
staff, including coordination and basic troubleshooting as needed

• Proficiency in digital tools (Canva, MS Office, Zoom, association management and
learning management systems)
• Standard office equipment
VI. Physical Requirements and Work Environment
• Hybrid work environment with some in-office presence required
• Occasional overnight travel required
• Availability for evening and weekend events, particularly during peak CLE periods
• Must be able to lift and transport event materials (up to 25 lbs.)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
