Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative director to own creative development, ensuring holistic, brand-aligned experiences.
• Partner in strategic discovery — co-developing strategic frameworks alongside creative director to ground design in insight and intention.
• Translate brand standards into dynamic design systems — shaping visual languages, generating bold conceptual directions, and developing designs through elevations, renderings, and materials.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration — working seamlessly with design engineering, project leads, and fabrication teams to bring design intent to life with precision and integrity.
• Co-lead workshops and participate in the TENFOLD design community — facilitating creative alignment and momentum at key milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
• Represent TENFOLD in client presentations — articulating design rationale with clarity and confidence, and fostering trust through thoughtful communication.
• Champion creative excellence — upholding and evolving TENFOLD’s creative standards in every detail, from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a design discipline including Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Visual Communications, or Industrial Design
• 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Industrial Design or Related Field
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand environments, visual storytelling, and systems thinking
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with client-facing experience
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with 3D design programs a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative work from concept through implementation
• Strong project ownership — from milestone planning to fabrication coordination
