What You'll Own
- Lead end-to-end execution on software and SaaS transactions from initial diligence through close
- Originate proprietary opportunities through founder, operator, and intermediary relationships
- Present independently to IC with well-formed views on risk, value creation, and exit
- Mentor junior team members and take real responsibility for their development
- Contribute to portfolio value creation alongside management teams

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in private equity, growth equity, or investment banking with a software/SaaS focus
- Demonstrated experience leading or co-leading deal execution
- Strong financial modelling and analytical foundation
- Based in or willing to commit to New York
- Excellent communication skills with senior management and IC audiences
