Role Description
The Translation Project Manager role is a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end translation and localization project management, coordinate with clients and linguists to ensure timely delivery, and maintain the quality and accuracy of deliverables. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with quality standards, communicating project updates, and addressing client needs promptly while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in Translation and knowledge of language services, with an emphasis on ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and address their needs proactively.
- Proven Project Management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in Quality Assurance processes to ensure high standards of deliverables.
- Proficiency working in CAT tools and other translation project management software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the translation or localization industry is advantageous.
- Experience serving clients in the education field is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a virtual work environment.
