TenderCare Home Health is a fast-growing, independently owned, and nurse-led home health agency serving Northeast Wyoming. Led by an active, hands-on RN Owner and Administrator, we prioritize clinical autonomy and customer-service-driven care. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, manage patient care, and deliver high-quality skilled nursing to our patients, including those in our vital rural communities.
- Service Area: Campbell, Crook, and Weston Counties. This position is mainly Gillette area.
- Schedule: Highly flexible. You have the autonomy to build and manage your own daily calendar.

Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Conduct initial assessments, admissions (OASIS), and develop comprehensive, individualized Plans of Care in collaboration with physicians.
- Skilled Interventions: Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, chronic disease education, and lab draws.
- Care Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the multidisciplinary team (PT/PTA, CNA) to ensure unified patient care and timely reassessments.
- Compliance & Documentation: Complete accurate, timely point-of-care documentation meeting Medicare, state, and federal compliance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active, unencumbered Wyoming RN license. CPR certified.
- Experience: 1 years of nursing experience required; home health, ER, or ICU experience is a strong plus, but we are willing to train the right independent, clinically sound candidate.
- Travel & Driving: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate the company vehicle across our tri-county service area.
- Core Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent customer service, and the ability to work confidently and independently in diverse home environments.
Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
