We are looking for team members who are punctual, positive, and committed to maintaining a safe and engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children at all times to ensure safety
- Follow weekly lesson plans and daily classroom schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Support positive behavior and redirection
- Assist with meals, nap time, and classroom transitions
- Communicate professionally with parents and coworkers
- Follow state childcare licensing standards and center policies
Requirements
- Childcare experience preferred
- FBI Background Check required
- CDA preferred
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced classroom environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements
