Pay and Benefits

What You'll Do
As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll be the face of the company. Your day includes:
- Driving a company vehicle to service stops
- Performing general pest, mosquito, ant, rodent, and occasional specialty treatments
- Inspecting homes & identifying pest issues
- Talking with customers and explaining what you’re doing
- Using equipment, sprayers, and tools (training provided)
- Solving problems and helping customers feel safe in their homes
- Keeping service notes/photos in our app
- Being a reliable, friendly expert customers trust

What You Need
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Professional, friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Able to pass a background check
- Experience in pest control is a bonus, but NOT required — we’ll train the right person
