What You’ll Do
- Perform same-day initial pest control services for new customers generated by our sales team
- Follow a pre-set service route dispatched in real time
- Communicate with customers professionally and confidently upon arrival
- Complete interior and exterior pest treatments efficiently and thoroughly
- Educate customers on service expectations and set follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate service records and notes
- Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer care
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, on-demand environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Pest control experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
