Five Sparrows isn't just another program—it's a lifeline. We're a faith-based, two-year residential recovery program rooted in Twelve Step principles where women survivors of trauma, addiction, and exploitation find their strength again. With only 10 residents at a time, you'll know every story, celebrate every victory, and be part of genuine, life-changing moments over the full two-year journey.

What You'll Actually Do (The Real Talk)

Be Their Recovery Champion

• Guide women through personalized recovery plans that actually work
• Handle intake and assessments (first impressions matter!)
• Provide crisis support when life gets messy (because it will)
• Connect residents with community resources and fight for them when needed

Lead a Team That Cares

• Supervise passionate staff who chose this work for all the right reasons
• Ensure trauma-informed care isn't just a buzzword—it's how we operate
• Coordinate schedules, provide feedback, and help your team grow through ongoing training
• Handle the tough conversations when necessary (with grace and backbone)

Master the Strategic Side

• Document everything (seriously, everything—progress, setbacks, financials, staff performance)
• Analyze data and adjust program strategies based on what's actually working
• Manage budgets and resident accounts with precision
• Plan and coordinate programs, staff schedules, and community partnerships
• Write reports, maintain compliance, and keep detailed case files

Keep the Mission Moving

• Represent Five Sparrows in the community (you'll be our face!)
• Ensure our homes are safe, welcoming spaces
• Partner with our Executive Director on everything from crises to celebrations
• Navigate the complex world of criminal justice liaisons and community agencies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field with 2-5 years of relevant experience required
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field preferred
• Experience working with trauma survivors, addiction recovery, or criminal justice populations preferred
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000-$55,000 20% benefit stipend (Total: $60,000-$66,000)
• Annual Christmas bonus and potential yearly raises based on performance goals
