What You'll Do
- Develop and support TEN's content and thought leadership strategy.
- Create and edit content across multiple formats, including blogs, press releases, social media, video scripts, and internal communications.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and business leaders to develop impactful content that supports strategic objectives.
- Translate technical and industry-specific topics into clear, engaging messaging.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and communications.
- Monitor content performance and leverage analytics to optimize content effectiveness.
- Explore new content formats, channels, and storytelling opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Research industry trends and incorporate insights to strengthen content quality and relevance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content across multiple formats, including blogs, social media, press releases, video, and internal communications.
- B2B marketing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, brand building, and demand generation.
- Experience using analytics to measure and improve content performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
- Transportation, logistics, or related industry experience is a plus.
- Occasional travel may be required.
