Safely transport residents via wheelchair, stretcher, or walking assistance

Maintain clear communication with nursing, therapy, and administrative staff

Ensure transport equipment is clean, functional, and properly stored

Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures

Provide compassionate, respectful support to residents during transport
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting a plus

Ability to lift, push, and maneuver residents and equipment safely

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
