As the Director of Marketing, you will own corporate narrative, AI-driven experiences (including our website agent), and marketing for our Pharma Services business. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for both strategy and execution — writing, building, launching, and iterating yourself. We’re looking for a great, AI-first marketer who can do both strategy and execution.

Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities
- Own Tempus’ corporate positioning, and narrative
- Build and own AI-driven customer experiences (including our website agent), as well AI marketing agents
- Lead marketing for our Pharma Services business
- Create messaging, launches, thought leadership content, and programs yourself — this is a hands-on builder role
- Serve as the marketing partner to leadership, product, and sales teams
- Experience in SaaS marketing, preferably in healthcare, biotech, data, or enterprise SaaS
- Strong familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, or AI-native marketing workflows
- Strong storytelling and messaging judgment
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment
- 8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within life sciences, healthcare, or technology.
- AI-first marketer and understands how to build AI agents (we have powerful internal tools)
- Proven ownership of positioning and messaging
- Hands-on execution experience (writing, launching, building)
- Experience supporting complex or enterprise sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
