About the Role
Associate Model designed to support early-career employees in delivering consultant-level recruitment assignments and above. As an Associate, you will support searches through a range of activities, including candidate sourcing, interview preparation, process shadowing, and contributing to broader market information and business development efforts in support of Directors.
The role does not include candidate ownership, allowing Associates to support multiple projects across the business globally. By working closely with Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, and Directors, you will gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, while enabling more senior team members to focus on client engagement, strategic decision-making, and delivery.
This model is designed to support high-volume projects by reducing the sourcing burden on account managers, while giving Associates meaningful, hands-on experience early in their careers with various team members. It provides immediate earning opportunities and exposure to Directors across the business, without the pressure of owning a full recruitment process or carrying a large GP target.
Key Responsibilities
· Support active searches through candidate sourcing, database research, and market mapping.
· Assist with interview preparation for candidates, including briefing on role expectations and process logistics.
· Shadow recruitment processes to build understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
· Contribute to business development efforts in support of Directors and senior team members.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM system while adhering to internal processes and compliance standards.
· Support multiple projects across the business simultaneously
· Collaborate with Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, and Directors to contribute to successful placements.
· Demonstrate exemplary behaviour and uphold business values in all day-to-day activities.
· Consistently achieve individual monthly placement targets as agreed with your project lead.

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
