Our training is real
You join live client mandates from day one - not practice exercises. Daily 45-minute training sessions in your first two weeks are immediately followed by live application on real searches, so everything you learn is put into practice the same day. Sessions cover the Challenger sales model, research and market mapping, candidate engagement and qualification, and how to engage confidently with senior executive-level candidates.
Training is delivered directly by the Managing Partner and senior team members across Miami and London, with 1-2-1 sessions with every member of the global team in your first fortnight. Weekly 1-2-1 coaching with your direct manager continues throughout your first year.
We run a structured seven-step search execution process - research before outreach, structure before speed - and we train every consultant to own it fully from day one.
Progression — the Trust Matrix
The path is Associate → Consultant → Senior Consultant. The fastest performers reach Consultant by Month 3 and Senior Consultant by Month 9. Each level has specific criteria around search ownership, billing consistency, and client relationship management. You will always know where you stand and what is required to move forward.
What we are looking for
A degree is preferred but not essential, and prior recruitment experience is not required. A background in sales, client relations, or customer-facing roles is a strong foundation. We want people who hold themselves to high standards, take genuine ownership of their development, and consistently go above and beyond.
You should bring strong organisational skills, resilience under pressure, intellectual curiosity, and the confidence to step outside your comfort zone. A natural competitive streak and the ability to build meaningful relationships will take you a long way here.
Your day-to-day
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients, adding value at every stage of the process
- Running structured research and market mapping to identify and approach the right people
- Owning your pipeline with accuracy — if it is not in the CRM, it did not happen
- Developing your expertise through coaching, collaboration, and your own initiative
- Becoming a genuine market expert through company knowledge, your network, and your own research
