Role Description
We're looking for someone with a background in restoration or construction who wants flexible hours, steady work, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. The position guarantees 30 hours per week, $25-$35/hr, and includes overtime for after-hours and weekend work regardless of weekly hours. Most jobs are short (1-4 hours) hands-on, and vary day-to-day. This role is ideal for someone currently working restoration, mitigation, or construction who is comfortable working independently on short-duration jobs.
Qualifications
- Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in field
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling (including occasional evenings/weekends)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive a commercial van including backing and maneuvering in tight or congested areas
- Ability to lift, carry, and position materials of reasonable weight repeatedly throughout the workday
- High attention to detail and strong situational awareness
- Previous experience in modular wall systems or construction is a plus
- Familiarity with working in occupied buildings or healthcare environments
