Restoration Technician
Seattle, WA | $26–$34/hr OT
RW Restoration is hiring a Restoration Technician for emergency mitigation, structural drying, demo, and cleanup work.
Requirements
- 1 year in mitigation, demo, construction, or similar field
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in PPE, crawlspaces, ladders, etc.
- Willing to work occasional on-call / emergency response
What You’ll Do
- Water extraction and drying setup
- Demo of damaged materials
- Photos, dry logs, and moisture readings
- Vehicle/equipment prep and jobsite cleanup
- Customer-facing field work
Pay & Benefits
- $26–$34/hr DOE
- Overtime eligible

- $50/month cell reimbursement
