What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at Temporary Staffing Professionals?

We are hiring for a great client seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to support a busy seasonal workload. This is around a 2-month contract opportunity starting in early January, ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable with clerical tasks. This is an on-site role in San Juan Capistrano with a rotating schedule, alternating between a full Monday–Friday (40-hour) week and a Monday–Thursday (32-hour) week.


Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume scanning of documents and records
  • Enter data accurately into internal systems and databases
  • Support processing of business-related transactions through document preparation and data entry
  • Maintain organized digital files and ensure records are properly labeled and stored
  • Work closely with internal staff in a shared office environment
  • Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Comfortable with data entry and scanning tasks
  • Prior general office or administrative experience preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit through the full assignment
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
