We are hiring for a great client seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to support a busy seasonal workload. This is around a 2-month contract opportunity starting in early January, ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable with clerical tasks. This is an on-site role in San Juan Capistrano with a rotating schedule, alternating between a full Monday–Friday (40-hour) week and a Monday–Thursday (32-hour) week.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume scanning of documents and records
- Enter data accurately into internal systems and databases
- Support processing of business-related transactions through document preparation and data entry
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure records are properly labeled and stored
- Work closely with internal staff in a shared office environment
- Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to learn new processes quickly
- Comfortable with data entry and scanning tasks
- Prior general office or administrative experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit through the full assignment
- Bachelors Degree preferred
