Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking: Retrieve products from warehouse storage locations based on pick tickets, voice headsets, or RF scanner instructions.
- Replenishment: Restock shelves, bins, and pick slots with new inventory, manually or using warehouse equipment, to prepare for upcoming orders.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or order pickers.
- Pallet Building & Wrapping: Stack products securely on pallets to prevent damage during transit, shrink-wrap completed orders, and move them to the loading dock.
- Accuracy Verification: Ensure the correct product, size, and quantity are picked and match the shipping labels or manifests.
- Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean work area and comply with all OSHA and company safety protocols
