Pay Rate: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and community-focused Recruiter to support talent attraction efforts in Aroostook County. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively recruit individuals and families interested in relocating to Aroostook County
- Promote regional career opportunities across multiple industries and employers
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers, partners, and community organizations
- Conduct outreach through networking, events, social media, and direct engagement
- Screen and assess candidates to align skills, interests, and career goals with available opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search and relocation process
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on career pathways and quality of life in Aroostook County

Qualifications:
