Pay Rate: $23.16/hr. $1.00/hr. night shift differential.

The Utility Worker will support the facility’s maintenance and operations teams by performing a variety of general labor and upkeep duties throughout the property. Responsibilities may include cleaning, painting, groundskeeping, snow removal, equipment support, and assisting with production-related tasks as needed. Prior manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial experience is helpful but not required. Ideal candidates will be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Responsibilities:
- Clean areas in and around the facility by sweeping, removing debris, and maintaining safe workspaces.
- Assist with cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
- Paint, shovel, sweep, and clean various areas of the facility as needed.
- Perform snow removal duties during winter months, including shoveling, salting, and sanding outdoor walkways and work areas.
- Assist with groundskeeping duties during warmer months, including mowing lawns, trimming brush, and removing debris.
- Use chainsaws to remove log jams and production line blockages as directed.
- Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, overhead cranes, skid steers, and front-end loaders as needed.
- Attend required safety and teamwork training sessions.
- Assist with production or assembly-related tasks during busy periods as requested by supervisors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to work rotating shifts; days and nights required.
- Previous manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial experience helpful, but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and fitness test required.
