Schedule: Full-Time/Days; 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM; or Full-Time/Nights; 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Mon-Thurs., 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM Fridays
Payrate: $16.50/hr. $0.50/hr. differential for night shifts.
Job Description:
Immediate opening for a Production Associate to work for a well-established manufacturer in Presque Isle. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in building skills in a manufacturing environment. Prior production experience is helpful, but not required. Benefits are available after introductory period.
The Production Associate will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality products that meet company standards for appearance and performance. This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery, completing basic equipment repairs, maintaining a safe, clean work area, and completing all required quality and production reports.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture products in accordance with quality assurance guidelines.
- Meet established production and performance goals.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot simple mechanical issues as needed.
- Store finished products and raw materials in a safe and orderly manner.
- Complete and submit quality and production reports.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to crouch, kneel, and climb on or under machinery to perform adjustments.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to work will independently or as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
