Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
- Strong skills in Personnel Management and performance evaluation methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are an advantage
