The Trust Center for Early Education (TCEE) is seeking a nurturing, creative, enthusiastic teacher to join our faculty for the 2026-2027 year! TCEE is in the heart of Coolidge Corner in Brookline MA, easily accessible by public transportation. From our youngest infants to our 5-year-olds getting ready for kindergarten, our daily focus is on relationship-building, and the growth, development, and wellbeing of each child, as well as their families.
Hours of position: Consistent 8-hour daily shift between 8am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
Salary starts at $48,500, commensurate with experience and education, for 11 months (August 3, 2026 - June 18, 2027). 10 month contract (August 31 start date) also available!

Job description:
Working with a team of two other teachers to care for a group of 7 children between 4 and 14 months old in an emergent, child-led environment. Weekly planning and supervision time is accounted for within the school day. Prior experience with infants and a valid EEC teacher certification required and experience with Reggio-inspired environments and progressive Jewish education preferred. Willingness to contribute flexibly and positively, and a desire for professional growth in a supportive, inspiring teaching community required.
