Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to support children's development.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Provide care and supervision during playtime, meals, and other activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, CDA Preferred
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners.
- Experience in childcare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.
