Position Summary
The Applications and Data Systems Manager position provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all district enterprise applications and data systems. The position also ensures that district applications operate reliably,
securely, and in compliance with district, state, and federal law requirements. The Role supports collaboration across instructional, operational, and administrative departments to ensure that enterprise systems support district goals and maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and security.

Training And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience supporting enterprise applications or data systems.
- Minimum three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience with SIS and/or ERP systems, data validation and reporting, system configuration and lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and security standards.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex systems simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into operational guidance.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
