Position Summary
This position will serve as the primary program lead and community partnerships liaison. The Pathway
Coordinator's responsibilities will focus on establishing, coordinating, and strengthening relationships
with tribal education departments, Native-led organizations, higher education partners, and community
agencies.

Essential Functions
- Building and sustaining formal partnerships with tribal communities and Native-serving
- Coordinating community-based learning experiences and project-based learning opportunities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for community partners and tribal education offices
- Supporting family engagement efforts and strengthening schoolcommunity relationships
- Coordinating program operations, including logistics, scheduling with partners, and alignment
- Collaborating closely with site administrators, teachers, and the Pathway Advisor to ensure
- Supporting program growth and potential expansion to additional campuses
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or related field, or
- Prior experience with developing school/business/Native American community partnerships, or any
position.
- Experience in identifying and building collaborative Native American community resources designed to
