What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling quality stampings, tooling, and custom metal fabrication to industrial companies. This is a client-facing role responsible for building, managing, and expanding customer relationships. You’ll partner with clients to understand their business needs, present tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. Using strong communication, strategic thinking, and sales expertise, you will help strengthen customer partnerships while supporting the company’s overall sales strategy.
A Day in the Life:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts to support the sales process
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Analyze customer trends and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Attend industry events and trade shows as needed
- Provide customer feedback to support product and service improvements
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
- Background in B2B sales or industry-specific sales
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, forecasting, and pipeline management
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to travel for client meetings, events, or trade shows (as required)
- Clear verbal communication, focus, and cognitive ability to manage complex tasks
