Duties
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling to support production lines
- Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues promptly
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times to maintain a safe work environment
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, moving materials or products as needed throughout the facility
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by sweeping, organizing, and disposing of waste according to safety standards in production
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to ensure product quality and compliance with safety regulations
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with machinery operation is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and hazard awareness
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical demands such as standing for extended periods and manual handling
