We are seeking a diligent and skilled General Labor to join our team in the Montgomery, IL area.
What will you be responsible as General Labor on a daily basis?
- Assemble outdoor furniture and other products
- Use hand drills and basic hand tools
- Manually put pieces and components together
- Follow simple assembly instructions
- Pack and prepare finished products for shipment
- Move materials and assist with general warehouse duties
- Be willing to work in different departments as needed
Who qualifies for the General Labor roles?
- Physical coordination and manual dexterity to handle and assemble components.
- Ability to occasionally lift heavy components weighting 50 pounds or less.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet production deadlines
What hours will you work as a General Labor?
- 1st shift: 7:00AM - 7:00PM
- 2nd shift: 7:00PM - 7:00AM
- Rotatiang Schedule: Work four days one week and three days the following week.
- Attendance: Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. The company follows an attendance point system.
