TempExperts is recruiting for Traveling Commercial Superintendents (ground-up construction). If you are a ‘boots-on-the-ground leader’ ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the critical link between the job site and our project management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout.
• Maintain daily jobsite logs, safety reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and schedules.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and site walkthroughs.
• Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to maintain progress.
• Manage site logistics, equipment, and workforce.
• Travel throughout the US ( project timeframe average 6 months)

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of commercial construction experience, including ground-up builds.
• Proven leadership in managing multiple trades and tight timelines.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and drawings/specs.
• Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for travel across multiple regions.
