TempExperts is seeking a Stockroom Associate for a leading manufacturing company in St. Petersburg, FL. The idea candidate will have experience with fine tool inventory and production pieces.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming materials, components, and finished goods.
- Maintain organized stockroom and inventory locations for efficient access.
- Track inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipping.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, including labeling, packaging, and recordkeeping.
- Support production and engineering teams with timely delivery of required materials.
- Collaborate with procurement and production planning to prevent shortages.
Requirements / Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high-precision components.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
