TempExperts is seeking experienced Screw Machine CAM Drive Operators for a thriving manufacturing company located in the Clearwater/Largo area!
The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and have multi-spindle screw machines and set-up experience. Screw Machine CAM Drive Equipment experience is Preferred. Will train candidates with right aptitude. Must have Calipers, Micrometers, Blue Print Reading experience.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and have multi-spindle screw machines and set-up experience. Screw Machine CAM Drive Equipment experience is Preferred. Will train candidates with right aptitude. Must have Calipers, Micrometers, Blue Print Reading experience.
Responsibilities:
- Use and understand measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, and height gages for precision work. CMM and surface tester experience is preferred .
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Perform machine setup and minor repairs for machine maintenance.
- Ensure product meets production standards.
- Conduct testing to confirm parts are within appropriate tolerances.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Must have Calipers, Micrometers, Blue Print Reading experience.
- Screw Machine CAM Drive Equipment experience is Preferred.
- Ability to follow company production guidelines.
- Follow all safety procedures and pass internal certification training.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mechanically inclined.
