Property Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

What You’ll Do
- Prepare units for new residents, including painting and basic repairs
- Maintain grounds by removing debris, leaves, and maintaining landscaping areas
- Perform seasonal upkeep such as raking, trimming, and general outdoor maintenance
- Clean and maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.)
- Ensure restrooms and shared spaces are stocked and presentable
- Monitor property conditions and report any safety or unusual concerns
- Inspect hallways and common areas to ensure safe, well-lit access
- Pressure wash exterior buildings, walkways, and common areas
- Complete repairs to interior and exterior structures (walls, fences, fixtures, etc.)
- Assist with minor electrical work (outlets, lighting, fans)
- Assist with basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, disposals)
- Review and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Track and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a multi-unit residential setting
- Strong skills in painting and general repairs
- Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing basics
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Understanding of workplace safety and maintenance best practices
- Valid driver’s license required
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred
