What You’ll Do:
- Operate machinery such as forklifts, loaders, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with general labor tasks including shoveling, sweeping, raking, and site cleanup.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment.
- Follow all OSHA/MSHA safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain logs for equipment use, material movement, and maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of construction, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with strong communication skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
- Reliable and able to work weekends as required.
