Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Front Desk Associate
Summary/Objective: We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. As the first point of contact at Temo, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
Work Schedule: Full-time onsite position in Clinton Township, MI, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
FLSA Classification: Nonexempt
Reports to: Customer Service Manager (with occasional assignments from the CFO)
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to both staff members and external customers.
Greet customers and visitors with tact, courtesy, and professionalism.
Answer customer inquiries and perform follow-up, as needed.
Receive and route incoming telephone calls and e-mails.
Take messages and ensure delivery to appropriate individuals or departments.
Follow-up on issues and requests.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Learn and maintain understanding of TEMO products, services, and organizational structure.
Enter and verify quotes in ERP (Epicor) system.
Complete various administrative tasks including data input, scanning, and copying documents, and file maintenance.
Maintain a reception area of cleanliness and organization
Performs other tasks, as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
A minimum of one year office/administrative work experience or equivalent experience and education.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong customer service skills.
Superior verbal and interpersonal communications skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage several priorities and projects.
Experience with multi-line phone systems
Basic math skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Physical Demands:
Work with hands and fingers daily on keyboard.

Position is indoors; extended periods working on a personal computer.
