Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Partner role based in Clearwater, FL reporting into the CHRO. The TA Partner will manage full-life cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, partnering with CHROS and hiring managers to define requirements, craft job postings, and develop sourcing strategies. Daily responsibilities include screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and guiding applicants through the hiring process while ensuring an inclusive and consistent candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining accurate recruiting metrics, and collaborating with HR and leadership to improve talent acquisition processes. The Talent Acquisition Partner will help build strong talent pipelines that align with TelyRx’s mission and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess 3 years' Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Candidates should be proactive, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and match our TELY values [Trust, Empathy, Level Up, and YOLO (get things done)].
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with CHRO and hiring managers, while engaging candidates professionally.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding to support talent attraction and promote the company’s value proposition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience recruiting in healthcare, pharmacy, or technology-enabled services is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Clearwater, FL, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and use LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools effectively (ie: Paylocity).
