Talent Acquisition / HR Team Lead
Join a global leader in Healthcare Technology and help build the teams driving innovation in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who will lead full-cycle recruiting, support HR operations and compensation planning, and serve as the HR Team Lead in the absence of the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
- Develop job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive compensation packages.
- Lead daily HR administrative activities and support HR process improvements.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and policy guidance.
- Track recruiting metrics and support workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of HR experience with strong full-cycle recruiting.
- 2 years of experience with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interviewing skills.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
