TelyRx is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company seeking an on-site HR Generalist to join our team at our Clearwater, FL headquarters. Reporting to the CHRO, you'll play a key role in supporting our people strategy - from attracting, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent to partnering with leaders on employee relations, compliance, performance management, investigations, leave administration, and HR initiatives that help our business grow.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational Support
- Partner with the CHRO on strategic HR initiatives and organizational projects.
- Assist with organizational change initiatives as the company continues to grow.
- Jump in wherever needed to support the team and business.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Partner with CHRO and hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent.
- Support full-cycle recruiting for corporate, operations, pharmacy, and leadership positions.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
- Lead engaging new hire orientations and onboarding programs that create an outstanding first-day experience.
- Leave Administration & Compliance
- Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and other employee leave programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures while recommending process improvements.
- Support audits and maintain accurate employee documentation.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with compensation changes, promotions, transfers, and organizational updates.
- Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate employee recognition and culture-building activities.
- Help improve HR processes that enhance the employee experience.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters while promoting a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Support conflict resolution while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 4 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, investigations, performance management, and employment law.
- Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding.
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, and other employment regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with HR Tech Stack (Paylocity and LinkedIn Recruiter) and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a high-growth startup environment is strongly preferred.

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
