About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to support and manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires managing multiple open roles simultaneously while staying organized, adaptable, and proactive.
You will communicate frequently with candidates and hiring partners using phone, email, text, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools. Strong communication skills and comfort with proactive outreach are critical.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from job posting through offer stage
- Source candidates using Indeed and Boolean search techniques
- Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications and alignment
- Coordinate interviews across departments and time zones
- Prepare tailored candidate summaries for hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn experience is a plus)
- Track activity and meet established performance metrics
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support hiring needs
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort engaging candidates across phone, email, text, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet capable of supporting video conferencing
Preferred:
- One or more years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- Experience sourcing on Indeed
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Industry exposure within telecom, data center, construction, facilities, or industrial sectors
- Experience with Bullhorn
- Prior remote or hybrid work experience
Compensation & Benefits:
This position begins as a full-time, 40-hour per week contract-to-hire role. During the contract period, compensation includes an hourly base rate plus commission. Telvero covers 50% of the employee’s health benefit premium during this phase.
Upon successful conversion to a full-time salaried employee, compensation transitions to a base salary plus commission structure. At that time, Telvero covers 100% of employee health, dental, and vision insurance premiums.
Salary : $24 - $30
