What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at TELTRON DESIGN GROUP?
Administrative support role. Providing internal office management support to Executive Staff through the support of day-to-day business operations for a growing and fast paced telecommunications company. This position is best suited for a focused and detail-oriented individual. It requires project coordination and interfacing daily with clients, prospective partners, and Teltron technicians. This is a perfect position for someone who possesses excellent customer service, organization and computer skills (Office, Adobe, Quickbooks, and CRM Platforms).
Proper phone etiquette and aptitude for basic troubleshooting is required (Will develop troubleshooting skills if aptitude is present and candidate is a good fit).
The best Candidate will have the following:
Ability to answer phones and communicate with all levels of management
Self-starter that can own task through to completion
Excellent customer service, written, and oral communication skills
Requirements: Must be proficient in Excel, Word, ADOBE and PowerPoint
Prior Office management experience is a plus
