Tomboy Tavern features a wraparound bar, expanded indoor seating, and big screen televisions for game day to go along local craft beers, cocktails and a menu to suit the whole group for lunch and dinner. Guests may enjoy a beer and the view under the umbrella at Tomboy Tavern. Successful candidates will be able to ensure an exceptionally high level of service to guests of Tomboy Tavern and interact with the guests in a positive, professional manner with enthusiasm and sincerity. Summary: Assists Front Server t o ensure an exceptionally high level of service to guest and to interact with guests in a positive, professional manner with enthusiasm and sincerity.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 1-3 years experience in a food service establishment.
Language Skills;
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Basic understanding of POS system.

- Coordinates with the kitchen expediter as to what courses are being plated.
- Communicates with the front waiter to ensure courses are delivered in a timely manner.
- Busses tables, changes linens, does bread service and replenishes water.
- Participates in dining room set up and breakdown and daily side work.
- Assists with coffee and tea service.
- Maintains all health codes and sanitation requirements.
- Must abide by Culinary Services grooming and hygiene policy.
- Provide a guest experience that exceeds the guest’s expectations.
- Supports TSG Ski & Golf sustainability initiatives.
- Adheres to TSG Ski & Golf policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of and adheres to Skier Responsibility Code and Colorado Skier Safety Act.
