Directly supervises 6-8 employees in Clubhouse operations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Member Experience & Service Excellence
- Serve as a point of contact for members and guests at the Summer Golf Clubhouse and Ski Plaza Lounge (winter season).
- Greet members by name and cultivate strong relationships to enhance the overall club experience.
- Anticipate member needs and resolve concerns promptly, professionally, and discreetly.
- Maintain a professional, consistent and visible presence during service periods.
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations in the absence of the Food & Beverage Director, including lunch service, bar, lounge, and locker room areas.
- Ensure proper staffing levels, floor coverage, and efficient service flow.
- Monitor and uphold service standards, cleanliness, and overall clubhouse ambiance.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain responsibility for monthly and bi-monthly winter inventory processes.
- Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy in clubhouse operations.
- Work in close coordination with the Membership Services Manager and their Concierge team to anticipate member needs and ensure a seamless, personalized service experience across all touchpoints.
- Complete required documentation, forms, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, including hosts & clubhouse attendants.
- Develop staffing structures and schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and service excellence.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations in coordination with Human Resources and the Food & Beverage Director.
- Uphold and enforce all club policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assist with budgeting, payroll management, and cost control for front-of-house operations.
- Manage bi-weekly payroll, including accurate tip allocation and timely processing.
- Maintain proficiency in timekeeping systems, inventory tools, spreadsheets, and club management software.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to develop menus, specials, and service offerings that reflect creativity and meet evolving member preferences.
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the Club Events Manager to ensure proper staffing and execution of club and private events.
- Provide leadership and support before, during, and after all events.
- Collaborate with the Pro Shop on tournaments and golf-related events.
- Adhere to all Telluride Ski & Golf policies and procedures.
- Support sustainability initiatives and environmentally responsible practices.
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with the Skier Responsibility Code and the Colorado Skier Safety Act.
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, private club, or high-end restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presence with a member-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
- Strong financial acumen and administrative capabilities.
