We are seeking a versatile, experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen team. Responsibilities:
- Execute all stations efficiently during high-volume service.
- Prepare and cook menu items to exact specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with prep, inventory, and station setup as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in multiple stations (grill, sauté, etc.).
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy shifts with confidence.
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and teamwork.
