The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the HR department by assisting with recruiting coordination, employee onboarding, HR documentation, benefits administration, and personnel record management. This role serves as a key administrative resource ensuring HR processes run efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

- Maintain and administer all onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation and exit interviews.
- Maintain personnel files, HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with Verifications of Employment and other related employment verifications.
- Facilitate communication between employees and HR team, act as a liaison between new hires and their leaders.
- Assist with periodic data audits of HRIS data to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Assist employees and their leaders with accurate and timely completion of employee skill assessments and performance reviews.
- Assist with employment-related inquiries from employees, and leaders, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR team member.
- Assist with office mail, scans, and other administrative tasks.
- Support HR team with all internal and external HR related tasks and projects.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
