Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a VoIP Technician, based in Valrico, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility after a probationary period. The VoIP Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of VoIP systems. Responsibilities also include providing technical support, maintaining telephony infrastructure, and ensuring optimal network performance for VoIP services, and more!
Qualifications
